black fridayThanksgiving is here, and along with thoughts of family and thankfulness, many are already planning ahead to tomorrow’s Black Friday sales. Black Friday has become a cultural phenomenon in which shoppers search the internet and retail stores for the best possible deals. 1. How about deals on good food for Shabbos? That’s about all I care about right now. I need a “Golden Erev Shabbos”, not a “Black Friday”.

  2. Kipling.com has 30% off plus free shipping promo code GIFT30 also Reebok.com has free shipping and free returns plus 30% off promo code TAKE30 (its in addition to the markdowns that they gave off, so some stuff are like 50% off)

Do you have any idea how ridiculous you sound? I mean really!! You sound like you live in Uncle Moishy land!! I have no doubt that a sociologist would have a field day with the comments on these blogs.

  4. Go to dansdeals.com, they have amazing deals of the day. Paulfredrick.com has an introductory offer on dress shirts reg price 49.50, now 19.95 (limit of 4) plus free monograming! (There is a shipping charge but for 4 shirts its a joke)

  5. Intro Offer:

    For Just $19.95/Shirt!
    Plus Get Free
    Monogramming!

    make the price $19.95: FZDANS

    and monogramming is normally

  6. The Childrens Place is offering additional 20% off + Free shipping, which also works on their sale section. Enter code THANKS for an additional 20% off & code FSHOLIDAY for free shipping.

  7. If you are going to make a post like this, make it useful as opposed to the regular stuff we get with some useful information and a whole lot of stupid comments. This should be something that should be moderated to actually be useful. You make it useful, people will actually post. For example …

As part of the Amazon Black Friday sales the retailer offers a hot deal on the popular Canon PowerShot SD1300 point-and-shoot Camera. For a limited time, save $20 instantly on the Canon PowerShot SD1300 IS from Amazon.com with coupon code UYFBFR9Z, bringing the price down to $109.

Another idea would be for people to give links to deals such as bfads.net, hotdlz.com, etc …

  8. buy cupons for Staples.com on Ebay 25off75 or 30off150 sells for approx $1.50 then apply them to any special (cupons usually not valid on computers)

  9. Thank you TLS for wishing those who celebrate a happy thanksgiving!! This is our day to give thanks and to have a feast!

Alot of the stores already have their black friday sales online (with the exception of some “instore only” sales). Kohls, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, etc all put alot of their items up around 2am this morning.

  10. Target will be having some great door buster deals on 26-27, i.e. Only3$ for toaster sandwich maker and electric hand mixer. Bath towels for 1.49, u can see the weekly ad at target.com

  11. Forget Black Friday- go to S.S.S.S. for the most amazing turkey sandwich in this world! Gobble, gobble! It’s geshmak! Oh ya, their chulent is out of this world too! Gut Shabbos!

  12. There is this great site ofering year round black friday deals..they actually have a different section for everyday of the week..but put in code LKWDSCP and you can use any day of the week’s section today. Just click on http://www.midrash.org/tefilloth/tehillim/ ..some of the users have found incredible results..others say they feel like their prayers have been asnwered. Either way enjoy..perhaps every15 minutes of surfing can be countered with 2 minutes of this site.

  13. I’ve been doing this for years. Its NOT worth it, on most things. E.g., pants/blazer by Suit Shoppe, is better & cheaper than anything at Jos a Bank. DB electronic, everyday prices on cameras etc is better than Best Buy. Besides for adult casualwear (sweatshirts), which no frum stores sell, its basically noit worth it shlepping to the malls. Unless u wanna go cuz its a matsiv, which is y my kids r going. The previous poster us right. Save Money. Turn over & go back to sleep !!

  14. Don’t go out just 4 brooks bros non iron shirts they have the same 40 percent off b4 chrismas the only thing is no u save an extra 10 percent wich comes out 2 b abt 3 bucks so don’t go run at 12 to save 3 bucks

  15. Black Friday! That’s all anyone can think about? It’s Erev Shabbos for Heaven’s sake, get ready for Meyain Olam Haboh, never mind all these gashmius deals that you can’t take with you! You are all looking at the wrong reality. Reality is Olam Haboh, not olam Hazeh. You won’t be needing all this stuff in the next world.

  16. I got the best deals at walmart! $3 for a hand mixer, crock pot and electric food chopper. then i got a stick vac for $8 and a steam vac for $36! and ds games for $10 each. 🙂
