PHOTOS: Jersey Shore Medical Center recently outfitted the Bikur Cholim Hospitality Room with new furniture. The Bikur Cholim Hospitality room – centrally located in the Hospital on Booker 358 – is available for family members of patients to sleep and is stocked several times throughout the week with fresh food by the Bikur Cholim Volunteers.
For Shabbos, the room is stocked with full Shabbos meals including hot soup, meat and Cholenet.
“A Special Thanks to Steven G. Littleson, President, Jersey Shore Medical Center, for taking interest and spearheading this project”, says Bikur Cholim. “Also, Thank you to Shawn Smith, Manager of Guest Relation, and Miriam Lax, Specialty Liaison for overseeing this project”. TLS.
