Note that the BBB does NOT send emails regarding complaints.
Do NOT click on the link as you will be directed to a site that will install malicious malware on your PC.
In general NEVER click on anything in an email even from a person you know, as their email account may be compromised and their contacts stolen. Always verify BY PHONE with the senders official or personal number.

Actually they do. Im not sure where you get your info from. I received an email from them on Thursday regarding a complaint I had. It was not a scam.
The way the BBB works is you can choose how your bus wants to be contacted if there is a complaint. Mail, email etc
