Authorities are investigating a death at a facility in Lakewood this evening. Sources say a woman was found dead at athe facility she lived with together with her husband, but the death was not reported for some time, deeming it suspicious.
Foul play has not been ruled out at this time.
CIU and Lakewood Detectives are investigating.

what do you mean by facility? usually a “facility” would have multiple inspections per day and well monitored i would think?

What is a facility?
Facility more then likely means a nursing home of some kind or assissted living possibly too. Dover woods would also qualify.

As I said in the past. We as a community need to do better backround checks on employees and prespective tennants.
