If I give over $100 and they don’t reach goal do they still keep or refund? Naive?
I’m pretty sure they refund.
Why did they lose government funding if they were getting it until now?
To #1; They don’t actually take out the money from your account or credit card. They put a hold on the amount you agreed to give and then either they will take it if they reach their goal or they release the hold on your money if their goal is not reached.
