Yesterday’s armed robbery investigation resulted in the arrest of two individuals, Jackson Police said today. At about 5:25 p.m. yesterday, multiple Jackson Police Officers responded to the area of Oak Drive on the report of a Robbery which had just reportedly occurred.
The victim had advised dispatchers at police headquarters that a newer model, silver Chevy Malibu had approached him on Oak Drive with several occupants and that one had confronted him with a gun.

One of the suspects reportedly pulled a handgun from his waistband as he did. As the victim fled and they chased him, one of the suspects tripped and fell in the street. At that time, they went back to the vehicle and fled the scene.
