“Agudath Israel of America commends the Senate HELP Committee for voting today in favor of the confirmation of Betsy DeVos as U.S Secretary of Education. Mrs. DeVos is a champion for all children and a passionate advocate for education. All parents should be pleased to have an Education Secretary like Mrs. DeVos, who has championed their right and ability to educate their children in the setting and manner that best meets their unique needs.

Agudath Israel urges the full Senate to act swiftly to confirm the nomination and allow Mrs. DeVos to assume her responsibilities.”
