[COMMUNICATED] This week, sisters Rivka & Esther Hirsch released an emotional video [below] describing their current family situation. Their father is reportedly hospitalized after suffering from multiple strokes. Due to the heavy weight of medical bills and other debts, Rabbi Hirsch’s 9 children are now living in a dangerous state of poverty.

A Chesed Fund campaign has been launched on their behalf, in hopes of obtaining the medical treatments needed to keep their father alive, and providing the Hirsch children with a sense of normalcy. Their story has been verified by The Chesed Fund, and donations have begun to trickle in.

In the meantime, the family continues to live in hunger. Those close to the Rabbi Hirsch and his children undoubtedly  watch the campaign page with bated breath, in hopes that the kindness of strangers will save their lives.
