A single-vehicle crash early this morning caused extensive damage at River and High Street in Lakewood.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m., with the vehicle striking a pole. Two people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Due to the extensive damage, repairs are expected to take several hours.

And BTW, let’s just say it is a very good thing the pole snapped. Had it not, it would have been a much stronger impact for the car.
