📸 Sign On Local Shul Door Restricts Entry To Members And Authorized Visitors, Says Only The Rabbi May Grant Permission

A bilingual “Private Property, No Trespassing” sign has been posted on the door of a local shul, in response to last week’s incident.

The sign, printed in English and Spanish, states that entry is restricted to members only and authorized visitors. It says no consent is given to entry or searches without a judicial warrant or other lawful authority.

It adds that only the Rabbi is authorized to grant permission for any entry or to provide consent for any access.

As TLS reported last week, ICE agents followed a pedestrian into an area shul and made arrests. A mispallel there said the agents sought permission to search the premises from an individual who was not authorized to grant it, and urged those responsible for communal buildings to understand who may make decisions about access.

Let me explain something – even though I’m not a lawyer. Running away from a LEO is a crime. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Federal LEO or State or Local. So the ICE guy doesn’t need a Warrant to Enter & the criminal doesn’t care. The only time that they need a Warrant is when there is No suspicion of criminal activity right now or a crime being committed right now.
I sure hope that this sign doesn’t make any Misspallel break any laws.
The ICE guy was probably just being Respectful.
Living in a State run by Democrats, it’s very easy to get confused.
Just because it’s not a State law being an illegal, acc. to Feds, it is. It should be Honored, not frowned upon.
He ran because he knew he was breaking our laws.

Btw, it’s also Illegal to interfere with any LEO, whether they are Feds, State or Local.
