A cyclist crossing a road between vehicles in Lakewood today was struck by a car – which had the right of way.
The biker was not seriously hurt and rode away.

idiot
big one!
oh boy!
Until parents can commit to educating their kids on proper safety rules in respect to scooters, biking, etc., and ensuring full compliance, please keep them home!!!! Take back your responsibility and authority!
That’s not a kid in the video. I mean, maybe he’s someone’s kid, but I’d guess he’s at last 40 years old.
are you stupid that man was a grown adult
YES, education is VERY important on these things – and it goes for life!!!!
Just look at that guy. NO helmet, doesnt look before crossing and goes into oncoming traffic, and then you should probaly blame the driver for hitting him.
you’re not required to wear a helmet over 17, but yes, should ride more carefully – look out for second lane
Can we please change the title? He was not hit by a car rather he hit a car and why did you let him go? charge him for the damage!
maybe he paid, maybe cops were called. Someone was on top of it – maybe pun intended – where was this camera?
That cyclist is a retard. He should be made to pay for repairs to the owner of the car.
Ugly word.
Get over it. This is the world wide internet.
agreed
did not drive off with that bent front tire walked off makes more sense
This has to be fake as we know that only e-scooters and e-bikes are dangerous, not bikes!
Next thing you know they’ll be warning us against wearing shoes as some people in shoes get hit by cars.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Sometimes I see “adults” riding without their helmets. It’s a tremendous disservice to the kids, showing them that it’s okay. This has to stop!
this can be a point, but explain to kids that you’re not legally required to wear one on a pedal bike over 17 (but all ages are required to on all e-bikes and e-scooters)
lucky ducky, there’s been a lot worse, But good lesson for all cyclists – look out for those blind spots (second lane) and really must cross at cross walks, but even there make sure to look carefully for second lane
Cross at the green not in between!!!!!
To guy, no. You’re the one who’s stupid! He’s just like a kid, irresponsible and dangerous!!!
