Yungerman Begins Four Day Trial

A Yungerman from our community began a four day trial in Federal Court in NYC yesterday being sued by former business partners for an extremely large sum of money. Due to the sensitivity in the case and ongoing trial-and upon the request of his friends and family-we cannot disclose any further details at this time. Please take a moment to say a Kapittel of Tehillim for Yehuda Ben Rosa.

Tehillim for Yehuda ben Rosa ? We live in the US and abide by Torah and US law. Innocent until proven guilty, but what about tehillim for his partners ?????

i know the case personally.they are a group of self hating jews who are using him as a scapegoat for their own big losses.this is ongoing for about two years and its a real rachmanus on him.

Without a PSAK from a BAIS DIN what right do you have to assume he is right and the plantiffs are wrong. You have never heard the other side of the story. It is very possible that they are right and he owes them a sizeable amount of money.

hey – what's with the third degree – say the tehillim for a yid in trouble – nobody is asking you to pasken.

he tried to go to bais din ,and they refused to go to "those rabbis".one of them is married to a shiktza, and has zero regard for yiddishkiet.MOST OF ALL ,JUST SAY TEHILLIM FOR A YID GOING THROUGH A VERY ROUGH TIME.

I'm a Lakewood resident, and I don't see anything wrong with not wanting to go to Bais Din, especially if they don't trust "those Rabbis"

Even if he is wrong al pi din, there is still a reason to say tehilim for him as the courts can easily award the plaintiff with a sum of money far larger than what he'd owe al pi din.

I am the original "resident of Lakewood".

You misundersttod me, so I'll clarify.

They are wrong for looking at Bais Din this way, but once they have it in their head that "those Rabbis" are crooks, they are right for wanting to go to court. You have no right to daven that they should lose what may be rightfully theirs. You can daven that they should see the light and realize that the right thing to do is to go to Bais Din.

And yes, I learn in BMG, and I'm a Rosh Chaburah in BMG actually.

I believe you that your a rosh chabura in BMG like I believe that you learn in BMG!! You think this site is read by knuckleheads? Who do you think you're fooling?!! I'd say you most likely don't even live in Lakewood.
