Can anyone explain why the lakewood streets were not salted or prebrined?? I drove through a total of 11 towns in monmouth and ocean county last night, NOT a single one looked like lakewood!! Where are our elected officials???
dont forget its Martin Luther day today and offices are closed: however if those other towns were salted theres no reason why they couldnt figure something out here. however even on days when theres no holiday the township is in no hurry to salt or plow. One morning last year we had about 6 inches during the night and the plows finally came around: they got to my cornerSummit ct. and williams and turned around and never came back. So, lets hope we dont have too much snow this winter
