These pictures are beautiful and it’s a real joy to see them! Thank you to those families who submitted them!
I just wanted to point out that even within these pictures there are so many safety issues that can easily be corrected. Some pictures show the menorahs near flammable materials (e.g., siddurim), oil that is spilled on the table and not cleaned up, too many menorahs in a very crowded area, menorahs resting on wooden or other flammable materials, etc. Please remember the Rebbi Alter song “Aish is fire” and make sure that you light in a beautiful and very safe manner!!
Candle on top of a sparkling ‘something’ bottle is GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
Some of these photos are excellent examples of how not to safely burn your menorah.
