Wondering why your UPS package hasn’t reached its destination?

Wondering why your return from Lakewood has not been processed, or why your shipment never reached its destination?

It could be because the package was not picked up due to it being left outside the dropbox.

As reported in the past, a sign on the drop box indicates drivers will not pick up packages left outside the box.

Also, packages left outside in inclement weather, will likely get ruined.

  1. And, if your return label states that it is to be shipped using USPS (even if it references UPS Innovations).. IT WO’T BE TAKEN BY UPS! It will be left in a pile on the sidewalk …

  2. Is this the one in Westgate? I have left things IN the drop box and they still have not arrived at their destination. This probably happened to me at least 3 times and I was always careful to put it in the box. Maybe the UPS pickup guy is throwing things out or keeping them.

  3. UPS allows you to hand a driver a package when you see them – how is a package next to a drop box any worse? The problem is UPS drivers are overworked and do not get compensated per package they take from you or the box so the drivers avoid taking on any extra work. Ever tried handing a box to a driver only for the driver to come up with an excuse why they can’t take it! It is time to call corporate and complain their drivers should be taking all packages there is no need for them to be in a box – and if it’s mislabeled they just dump it? look online where drivers will tell you what they – they take it to a facility and it eventually gets sent to the correct carrier – driver just dumping it is outrageous!
