Woman Stabbed During Domestic Dispute

stabbing coventryA woman was hospitalized with a stab wound(s) resulting from a fight last night, Detective Sergeant Greg Staffordsmith confirms to TLS.

Police responded to a Williamsburg Lane home to investigate an aggravated assault at about 10:30 PM last night, and upon arrival learned that a female had been stabbed by her husband who fled prior to their arrival.

The victim was transported to KMC where she is receiving treatment for her wound(s).

The suspect is in custody, says Stffordsmith, and charges are pending.
