  1. # 2 you think thats funny? just remember something, if it wasn’t for our country saving your relatives 60 something years ago, you wouldn’t be here today to post ANYTHING. Remember that!

  2. To everyone who’s upset at me for posting about Rubashkin, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean for it to be posted on this thread. I was just giving TLS a scoop. I didn’t think he would actually post it here. My apologies for offending anyone.

By the way, my heart skipped a beat when I read the story about this officer who was killed. These police officers put their lives on the line to protect us, and our hearts are always with them! Our hearts go out to his family, who have lost a part of themselves forever. May G-d comfort them, and may they find true happiness in their lives.

Tony: Thank you for opening your country for us. Unlike Helen Thomas, you know that if we went back home to Germany and Poland, we’d be killed at home. We are not wanted at home in Palestine, either. At least here in Lakewood we feel wanted! Or sort of! Thank you so much to America – the greatest country in the world – for opening your doors to us and allowing us to live peacefully side by side with our neighbors! May G-d reward your good deeds!

  3. was she really arrested in connection to the trooper’s death? I thought she was arrested for whatever they were looking for her for. I can’t imagine she would be charged with his death if she didn’t cause it.

  4. let us pray for all the officers that put thier lives on the line for all americans.
may Tony’s family find comfort,& his children will one day learn he was a true hero!

  5. while my heart goes out to the family og the police officer. I do not understand how this lady can be charged for his death? she didnt even commit reckless driving or any other similer act.

she did do a terrible thing for causing this whole tragedy, but murder is a bit extreme in my opinion.

my prayers are with his family-amen

  6. She is facing charges just as hinderence by flight, an unrelated drug offence and a few other crimes stemming from an armed robbery and the pursuit she led the state police on. However, minor as such offenses may be individually, that fact is that any crimes degree, or severity inwhich punishment is based, can be risen if someone, all be it an officer or a 3rd party, is injured or killed directly from an illegal action or the commttence of a crime. What this means is her flight from the police,(or that of the individual she’s claiming was in her car) which caused the poor officer to pursue her/him across the highway, which resulted in the trooper being struck by a vehicle is almost as bad as her hitting him with a car herself, on purpose. The law looks at like this: if she didnt commit a crime and run, trp. castellano would not of had prob. cause to run after her, there for he would never have been struck by the vehicle which regretfully took his life. She also is a canadate for the 3 strike rule in new jersey, which also raises the punishment….Additionally, if the state deems it fit, they could charge her directly with his death….say manslaughter

also, lets think about the poor soul who had no control over the situation and now has to deal with taking a human life. The poor 20 yr old KID from jackson who was operating the vehicle that struck Trp. Castellano…..keep him in your prayers aswell
