Howell Township officials are reminding residents of roadway regulations as snowfall is expected beginning Friday night.

In the event of accumulating snow, all vehicles and portable sports equipment must be removed from roadways to allow for proper plowing and emergency access.

Township officials noted that this requirement is enforced under Howell Township Ordinances 265-1.A and 265-2. Vehicles left in the roadway during snow conditions may create safety hazards and interfere with municipal snow removal operations.

Residents are urged to take the necessary precautions before Shabbos to avoid issues related to parked vehicles.
