  4. A very informative speech. And well presented. One question. Why do people not want to be in Lakewood? I noticed that on Rt. 70 a few businesses moved a few blocks over to Brick? What is their motivation? Its not like the few blocks changes their customer base. Why would someone who is located in Lakewood say he is in Brick even though he is located in Lakewood (heard in the speech)? What does “demographics” means? Jews?
