The Bais Hamedrash of West Gate will be hosting on Sunday a special Bein Hazmanim Hanacha K’Halacha Tefillin Program.

Five expert Sofrim from Lakewood and Brooklyn will be checking and correcting a host of potential issues, all free of Charge. All are invited to participate.

Kesharim (knots), R’buah (Squareness) of Batim and Tefiros (stitching), blackness, placement, width of Retzous, and other important issues will be inspected and corrected, most of which are Halacha L’Moshe M’Sinai.

From the organization: The Rambam writes that 8 Mitzvos are fulfilled when wearing Tefillin (properly). And Tefillin are worn approximately 300 times annually. How can one not take advantage of such an unusual opportunity, where the expert will check, correct and advise!
