Sales at Lakewood-based WeShoot have spiked dramatically following the tragic terror massacre in Israel on Simchas Torah.
Mark Abady, a proprietor at WeShoot, tells TLS, since Hamas made their surprise attack on Israel, he has been seeing members of the Jewish community in the area coming in every day looking to do more to protect themselves and their families.
“In the last two weeks, registration for self-defense classes have quadrupled,” Abady said.
“We added four times the amount of classes and those have already sold out,” he added.
In addition, there has been a surge in the sale of firearms as well, especially surrounding the Hamas “Day of Rage,” as people locally are taking extra steps to better protect themselves and their families, Abady added.
we are not looking to get back, get even, strike at them, or to hurt their old and infirm, unprotected and harmless, women, elderly, children and non combatant adults.
we are looking to save our peaceful families, friendly communities, and our dear nation.
