   • Because people are dying does not trump the constitution. we have the right to worship and the right to assemble, the only thing which can suspend those rights temporarily is declaring marshal law which he didnt do. and to your other point of people are dying, governments have taken this way to far alot of people are going to die because of this and not from the virus. you cant have your cake and eat it too everything is a balance shutting the country or in this case the state down is not a balance.you mean to tell me making a minyan of 15 people is more dangerous than going to shoprite?!
