Police in Lakewood and Brick received several calls this afternoon of an unidentified item which fell from the sky. Police and Firefighters were out searching for what one particular caller described as a meteorite, and a fireball in the sky. Sources say there were dozens of residents who apparently witnessed this unidentified item, but nothing was found.
Police and first responders searched the area of the airport as well as the Leisure Village area. TLS-P5.
