Warriors For LPD #289, A Fundraiser For Jonathan Wilson

wilson blue clawsA fundraiser Baseball game for LPD’s Officer Jonathan Wilson will be held at the Blue Claws Stadium on June 16th, to benefit the family of Police Officer Jonathan Wilson who was severely wounded in the No-Knock Warrant Shootout on September 24 2009. Since the incident which cost Wilson the vision in his left eye, Wilson has been out of work. $3 of each ticket sale of this game, will directly benefit the Wilson family. Bracelets and T-shirt created by the Local PBA # 71, will also be available for sale. 100% of those proceeds will go to the Wilson family.

  1. I hope HH buys some tickets and hands them out to people who can not afford to buy them, maybe give them to the Lakewood Little League Players, to do something positive. We will support this event 100 %.

  2. Officer Butterworth will be there to hand out STOP, DROP & ROLL fire safety pamphlets, along with Police Officer Trade-’em Cards lol

    Along with the pamphlets Butterworth will be showing the proper technique to stop, drop & roll on a folding blue gym mat.
