The Ocean County Clerk’s Office has begin issuing Vote by Mail Ballots to Ocean County registered voters who have opted to cast their Primary Ballot prior to Election Day.

The Vaad encourages voters to vote by mail to avoid long lines and the hassle that sometimes comes with voting.

You can request a Ballot by downloading the form here.

Registered voters can also request a Primary Election Vote by Mail Ballot in Person at the Toms River or Manahawkin Office during regular business hours.
