Really nice of the chief to make a campaign out of something that should be basic knowledge to most people! Especially when we hear about car breakins and burglaries all the time. Like DUH!

It’s so easy to lock your car with the clicker. I don’t understand how people just don’t bother to do so. DO they also not lock their house doors?
