With the Chai Lifeline annual campaign in full swing, hundreds gathered to support families battling illness at events in multiple neighborhoods across Lakewood over the past few weeks. The mission to provide families with the crucial help they need in the face of medical challenges and crises united all.

This year’s campaign honors Mr. and Mrs. Yirmi and Bracha Jakobovits, Guests of Honor, Rabbi and Mrs. Yehoshua Brodsky, who will be presented with the Hakaros Hatov Award, and Dr. Elizabeth Rand, Pediatric gastroenterologist and medical director of the Liver Transplant Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, who will be presented with the Medical Achievement Award.
