1. These clips make me so jealous. I was in Uman a few yrs ago and had an amazing uplifting experience. For certain reasons, I didn’t go this year. But these clips are killing me. 2. What a sad way to enter Yom hadin…many gedolim in eretz yisroel said people shouldn’t go to uman for Rosh Hashanah…the hefkarus there is beyond. I’m sure there are many that go and got uplifted but too many are just there for the parties

3. I can’t relate to erev Rosh Hashana concerts. To me it is a solemn time. I know we say Ivdu es Hashem b’simcha, but, this is too much.

   It sounds like you never felt the need and the will to go to Uman for Rosh Hashono and totally foreign to the idea and misinformed. I want to tell you my dear brother that I was extremely die hard against it until I felt I was empty inside because I was missing a connection to hashem. I feel that everyone who comes to Uman even those that party all come primarily for a better connection to hashem.
