  1. I think you are mixing up emuna with psychology.

    There is uncertainty in routine life. And there is uncertainty from abnormal circumstances like Codiv, war, unemployment and inflation.

    A person can train themselves to build a high tolerance of uncertainty in regular day to day life, based on experiences and frame of mind.

    Uncertainty in abnormal times requires a lot of Emuna nd Bitachon. Its a lifetimes work, and the average person is far from perfection.

    I would love to hear if you had some practical advice how to incorporate Emuna and Bitachon during the least expected moments.
