Video: “What Rules: Money or Majority?” (Daf Yomi B’iyun)

Daf Yomi B’iyun (by Real Clear Daf) explores the Gemara’s discussion (Baba Basra 92-93) of whether we follow the principle of majority in monetary cases.

Rav on 92a says that we do follow a statistical probability for monetary cases. Yet, on 93a, Rav says we don’t follow powerful circumstantial evidence to rule in monetary cases!
