Why wasn’t he ticketed if it’s the law to clean your vehicle from snow? I know a truck is very high but, if it has to be done he could use a ladder and a long handles brush.
…and blowing a red light
Did he run red also
It’s not clear but it looks like the front of the truck was already in the intersection when the light turned red.
That’s why there is such a thing as a yellow light.
Not to mention his license plate is covered.

I passed this truck on James street earlier.. he flew passed me so fast, I thought he’d hit me…can’t believe cops haven’t stopped him yet
