  2. The connection with Reb Meir Simcha zt”l is a real geoines. The vort of noisen and mekabel is a real gem.
    Listened to all hespedim . This one is by far the most original and the most interesting one. Not talking about the moiredike delivery.
    A real tribute to the great niftar.

  5. Reb Avremel zecher tzadik le’vrocho was one of the special gedolim of our generation.
    He had his unique gadlus which placed him in a category of itself- like no others. In his kishroinos; his havona; his koiach hahesber and in being the master in haamodas talmidim.

    This brilliant and eloquent hesped- is so special in doing justice to this great Adam gadol.

    I listened twice and was extremely impressed.

    Highly recommended.

    I am an old Telzer.
    I still remember the 2 youngsters R’ Michoel ( who was called then Micky) together with his cousin R’ Eli Meir z’l ( who was called then Eli) sitting in the back of the BM late at night schmoozing with R’ Avrohom z’l (who was called then Avremel) and discussing all “hot” and juicy yeshivishe politics.
    So much divrei chochma and gishmake Reid. He who was in Shidduchim age enjoyed talking to the 2 bright boys immensely.

    Who ever believed that 50 years later R’ Michoel who became a velt’s magid shiur will deliver such a gvaldike hesped- shaking up the house on R’ Avrohom z”l who ended up being one of the greatest roshei yeshiva of our generation!

    Starts with a deep vort about the power of tefila and bakosho. Continues with a brilliant association to Reb Meir Simcha; carries on with the R:Y Zt”l insight into Mekabel & Noisen and finishes with the everlasting fire we saw burning during all the years in Riverdale.

    Emotional, inspiring, on target and hits the spot.
