Video: “To Ik-nee or not To Ik-nee” (Daf Yomi B’iyun)

Daf Yomi B’iyun (by Real Clear Daf) explores the topic of איקני: the possibility of including yet-to-be-purchased real estate in a lender’s lien.

The Gemara’s argument that this might work even if you hold that one cannot purchase something that isn’t owned yet seems to elude understanding.

In under 15 minutes, journey with DYB as we build a clear understanding of this fascinating topic. Your questions and comments, as always, are most welcome.

Enjoy!
