The point of the story is great but… the guy ran into something, maybe by accident. That’s a good thing, but the guy who fixed it gets the schar. CEO is not that bright; offered the wrong guy. If the guy who fixed didn’t get his due, remember he could break it even worse. That’s another story. There must be a Gemarah on this type of case!

i dont agree asking for the small things is part of building relationship asking hashem for the small things its good ask for the small things and ask for the big things as well
