   Reb Michoel is certainly the most gifted magid shiur out there. The tzibur is very lucky to benefit from his marvelous treasures.

   My chavrusa who listened with me to the drosho added that this drosho is a kiyum of what chaze”l say in Psochim
   הכל מודים בעצרת דבעינן נמי לכם מאי טעמא, יום שניתנה בו תורה
   The question is obvious.

   With such gvaldike drosho its self understood.

     • When such levels of Torah are being taught and explained in such a gishmake way, it is the biggest “לכם”. It takes such a gvalidke shiur which is being given with so much lebedikeit and clarity to bring out the real הנאה of learning Torah

4. This unknown story about Dovid Hamelech being ex-communicated by his father Yishai and his brothers in mind boggling. To think that he is being considered by his family as a mamzer for 28! years is fascinating.
   It is a lesson to anyone who thinks his life is going down the drain to learn that you could become melech Yisroel. What a lesson.

   We ( my family and myself) immensely enjoy Rav Sorotzkin’s shiurim and speeches. Every shiur or speech has a surprising spark, twist or edge. He is a real genius who knows all over the place and has an unbeleivable power of speech. Every time there is anything from him posted on line is a real intellectual joy. Keep on posting
