Truly amazing and very informative
Bottom line too many cars not enough streets.
Fix the street problem and it will fix the traffic problem.
You’re basically saying what we all already know. The less humans driving on the road the less traffic. So when bussing is fully established and many more parents are off the road the traffic will ease up tremendously!!
Still wouldn’t trust driverless cars, and besides cars have to stop at intersections for pedestrians sometimes so you do need traffic lights.
The simplest solution is to make the busses stop on the right side of the street and pull over so no child has to cross any streets hence one would allow to pass a school bus !!! This is the way we did it 20-30 years ago simple !!!
Cautious at first I drove a self-driving car several times thus past few weeks. It was awesome, it drove me really. Letting go of steering wheel for to long prompted a voice reminder and flashing lights.
