At the packed job networking event, one issue surfaced again and again.
New job seekers could not answer the most basic career question: “What are you looking to do?”
Recognizing the problem, Ira Zlotowitz, who has spent decades training professionals, mentoring job seekers, and helping people find clarity in both business and career decisions, stepped in immediately.
“I’ve had the zechus throughout my career to train and coach thousands of people. When I see someone struggling with clarity, I can’t just watch it happen. If I can help, I help,” Ira explained.
The very next night, Ira hosted a live, impromptu webinar and guided attendees through real-time coaching, role-play, Q&A, and step-by-step instruction on how to articulate what they are looking for with confidence.
Several participants said the clarity they gained in minutes was something they had been missing for years.
“Most people don’t fail in the interview,” Ira noted. “They fail on the first question. Once they know how to answer that, everything opens up.”
The webinar was recorded and the full session is now available to the public.
Below is the first 10 minutes.

1) To assist a person in their unique mission in Avodas Hashem. Money spend on a luxurious lifestyle rules out this option.
2) As sechar to the unworthy, aka רשע וטוב לו….
