VIDEO SURVEILLENCE: Yesterday, TLS posted a video of a shoplifter being arrested outside of Shloimy’s Kosher World after he was tackled inside the store. Today, TLS obtained the video surveilence showing the police throwing the man to the floor in the store and then tackling him before he was led outside to a waiting patrol car.
Below is the video of his arrest.

Why wasnt he led from the store with cuffs, why wait till he’s outside.
