Last Saturday, the New Jersey State Police and New Jersey Office of Emergency Management participated in a massive, cooperative training exercise at Phillipsburg High School.

The Warren County Rescue Task Force training partnered state, county, and local law enforcement and first responders in response to a mock active shooter scenario at Phillipsburg High School.

The goal of the coordinated response was to rescue victims with the aid of law enforcement, which provided security for first responders.
