Despite rockets falling all around them, these Paramedics – including Lakewood Hatzolah Paramedic Simcha Shain, put their lives in the line of fire to pull others out of it.

During the course of their mission, the Paramedics – who’ve trained for this for about 10 years, have come to the aid of dozens of rocket attack victims, including IDF Soldiers and some with severe penetrating injuries.
