  1. Nj medicaid has reduced funding to outpatient clinics over 20% in the past year. They have also limited the amount of days seriously mentaly ill people can attend these programs. Many are individuals who have just been released from mental hospitals. Senator Singer is right on the mark as usual. While restoring the proper level of service to the mentally ill may not prevent future tragedies, not doing so certainly doesnt help. Anyone know how we can pressure Gov Christie to maje this a priority?
