  1. Thank you to the Lakewood Scoop for posting this amazing video!!!

It literally brought tears to my eyes, but i did bring back great memories, from my time living in Boro Park for over 40 years.

I had the ZECHUS to see the HELIGER R’ SHLOMA ZT”L in live action.

Who am I to say this, BUT WHAT A GREAT AND BIG TZADIK R’ SHLOMA WAS.

HE SHOULD BE A MELITZ YOSHER FOR ALL OF KLAL YISRAEL THAT HE LOVED LIKE HIS OWN CHILDREN!!!

  2. A BEAUTIFUL VIDEO
The Rebbe: besides being a Quick moving “fayikuh” Genius & a very big tzaddik ; the Renbe was very down to earth as well, he was a good husband (2nd wife- Post Holocaust), he was a good father. My mother was friendly with his wife, they were very nice eidele people.
The Rebbe watched himself, he lived on vegetables, fish etc. he was always slim and healthy, he had the most beautiful beckishus, my fathers cousin Hertzka was a tailor from the old country, thus worked months on a beckishe, he made the rebbe quite a few of them, the rebbe always went dressed very clean and put together.
At age 22 I was a yosom (no mother) liviing with my father, Friday nights I used to walk 7 blocks to the Rebbe’s tisch, to observe him, my father was very nervous (he couldn’t come with me as he was old with a weak heart), my father said don’t go now, it’s late, it’s dangerous, think of your “farmaigen’ (fortune) ( at age 20 I started a business and did surprisingly well) so I stopped going.
Look what Bobov did to Boro Park: 40 years ago Boro Park was a fashion show, today it’s very frum, eidele, tznuisdik, the people are so good hearted and modest.
If you can’t make it to the kosel in Eretz Yisroel to leave a note, The Rebbe’s at Washington Cemetary 40 minutes away in Deans or South Brunswick, NJ is the place to go.
