This past Wednesday, the newly established Talmud Torah in South Lakewood, Yeshivas Toras Yisroel, was honored with a momentous visit by the Admor of Toldos Aharon Shlita from Yerushalayim. Faces shining in silent awe, the students – ranging from first through ninth grade – greeted the Rebbe and were uplifted by the sparks of greatness shared.
The Rebbe expressed his admiration for this wonderful haven of Torah and Avodah which was built with the help of many devoted askanim’s heart, soul, sweat and toil. Pleased by the line-up of excellent Menahalim and quality Rebbeim, the Rebbe thanked the founders for taking the initiative and establishing the Cheder, thereby enabling klal Yisroel’s youth to continue and grow true Ovdai Hashem.
This special moment will remain imprinted on the children’s hearts for years to come. The Rebbe’s recognition and staunch support was a great chisuk and encouragement for the countless askanim, who gave everything to build the Talmud Torah. The Rebbe’s warmth and Brochas will linger with the entire community and give them the strength to continually build and grow.
