VIDEO & PHOTOS: Thousands Attend Chai Lifeline Pre-Chanukah Drive-Up Extravaganza

Hundreds of Chai Lifeline families gathered last night for an unforgettable Pre-Chanukah Drive-Up Extravaganza at the BlueClaws Stadium. The COVID-Compliant event showcased an array of famous performers whose incredible feats wowed the spellbound crowd.

As music pulsated across the festive parking lot, renowned personality and MC Moe Rabi took the stage, riveting young and old alike. A dramatic fire show mesmerized the crowd, followed by mind-boggling stunts by acrobat aerialists. Uri Davidi and Moshe Tischler then took the audience by storm, accompanied by music by the talented Yaakov Zeines.

“Leave it up to Chai Lifeline to come up with the most amazing ideas to give the kids a blast while still being responsible,” said Mrs. S., mother of a Chai Lifeline family. “Watching my children glowing and drinking in the positive energy was priceless.”

Giant LED robots, unicyclists and jugglers interacted with the electrified masses as hundreds of glowsticks and flashing balloons lit up the night. Exhilarated children bounced to the beat while others dug into their hot, individually wrapped dinners by Mike’s Chicken. While attendees maintained a social distance, a sense of profound unity connected the captivated crowd.

“Dozens of staff and volunteers gave countless days and nights to make this event the resounding success that it was,” said Rabbi Aharon Koslowitz, Director of Community Services of Chai Lifeline NJ/PA. “It was the devotion of these tireless individuals that created the incredible energy and thousands of smiles you saw tonight.”

The magical night ended as families lined up to have custom gifts, in accordance with each child’s specific request, loaded into their trunk. With their gift boxes in tow and wide smiles on their faces, each family left with memories to last a lifetime.
