Approximately 100 Special Law Enforcement Officers graduated the Ocean County Police Academy yesterday.
The officers, from Class 36 and 37, are from various shore area police departments, and are hired ahead of the summer season for extra patrol and other duties.
The graduation at the Georgian Court University in Lakewood was attended by Sheriff Mastronardy, Freeholder Little, as well as by chiefs from various departments around the county.
