“in Russia i drive a ferd and work like a machine, in america i drive a machine and work l like a ferd”

  3. I would like to take this opportunity to personally add my words of thanks and gratitude to each and every member of the delegation. You already succeeded in bringing hope to a seemingly hopeless situation. It was a tremendous chizuk for me personally and for every single member of the Kiev Community to see how all members of Klal Yisroel care for one another. Chizku VeImtzu!! Tizku LeMitzvois!!!

  4. Anti-semitism around the world is at an all time high. I think such delegations serve as a powerful message to those in authority that they meet. The message is that American Jewry stands together with our brethren abroad.
Kudos to those who went on this mission.

  5. .. And to think that in NYC, the world’s greatest melting pot, Mayor DeBlasio is trying to outlaw our cherished horse & buggy!!

Just the thought of it makes me want to neigh..

  6. Beautiful and truly amazing what you guys did. True that they need help and whoever will assist is creating great stuff for themselves, but don’t you dear make it sound like you guys did something no one ever did, there is a chasidus named stolin that has no money wich since before the iron certain fell till today has had 10s of ungerleit with the backing of their reba going out in to all these crazy places sacrificing food chinuch……. One of the ungerleit I know fainted twice from starvation another one that lost 9 teeth cause he couldn’t get kosher milk for an x amount of time. And now we can see rabbi bliechs pairos looking at a regular jewish comunity floreshing that he built with his own hands or rabbi fima in pinsk, Belarus fighting till today with the still live KGB and dictatorship to bring back hundreds of lost souls to hasher with the backing of harav hachasid reg shmuel dishon. So with rabbi bald in Levov and rabbi Wolpin in Minsk wich today is back in America directing all the graduates that come to the u.s……… It’s about time people open their eyes and realize that their ancestors might of made it out of Europe but there are thousands of others that didn’t
