[VIDEO BELOW] On the heels of their Holiday gift distribution for needy families, the Local PBA 71 boys have done it again – this time for sick children from the Chai Lifeline family.
After reading about the Chai Lifeline Toy Drive on TheLakewoodScoop.com, PBA President Officer Mark Zwebiec tells TLS he just wanted to do something for these children.
The President went back to his team to see what they could do, and together decided to present the organization with a check to purchase gifts for Chanukah.
Yesterday, President Zwebiec personally delivered the check to Chai Lifeline Regional Director Rabbi Sruli Fried at their Lakewood headquarters.
“You can’t imagine how far it will go for these children,” said Rabbi Fried as he thanked the PBA.
Zwebiec says, “We’re happy to help – it’s one of the things we love to do.”

That is amazing!
Really!
Truly incredible that we have officers like this on our force that really care about the community!
Boys? I think they are men.
Amazing gesture in a season of giving! Thanks to the “boys” at the PBA (yes, they refer to each other that way, as women often refer to their buddies as girls).
