what a low-life. i have boxes outside that i can’t lift, waiting for my son to bring them inside. it’s dog food 40lbs. love to see him grabbing those boxes.
His right hand which grabbed the railing looks bare (not gloved) if he has prior offenses why can’t there be fingerprints?
Looks like an easy catch. Simply check other cameras in the area from about that time. As you can tell he only fixed hood when going up the lawn.
