A man can be seen attempting to break into a Lakewood home early Friday morning, setting off the alarm and then walking off – but not before attempting to burglarize the vehicles in the driveway.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the Lakewood Police Department.

Sources tell me that the alarm was installed at that home to warn intruders when someone in that home has a cold that might be catchy.
This time, the intruder was lucky; he was able to avoid catching a cold. Next time – if he breaks into a home that has no cold-warning alarm system – he might not be so lucky.
