Thank you for such an important and productive video. At least this is a suggestion that can work. So much more must be done especially teacher training on how to recognize and handle both the bully and the victim. Here in this video is just a step for the children themselves to take.

Attention Mechanchim and Moros. You are each amazing and incredible that you care so much for each child in your class. You are the elite of our community. You carry the greatest and most important title, you have the greatest and most important positions and you are the greatest and most important people we as parents rely on for our children (of ALL ages).

As a parent who suffered watching my child being tortured I beg of you to just ask yourself one question. Ask yourself – Am I dealing with the bully and the victim based on how I think I should be handling it or have I gone for professional training and therefore learned the proper way to deal with this?

If you are doing it on your own then please, I beg of you, no matter how great you think you are in this area, please please please recognize that this is a Machla just like other Machlos. It harms, it destroys and in some cases, it kills. Cancer also harms, cancer also destroys and in some cases cancer also kills. You wouldn’t trust a cancer Dr who is treating you based on what he feels is the best method of treatment. You would only want a Dr who is a mumcha. We, those of us suffering from this Machla, also want a mumcha. Our children deserve the best and since you are the best, please make sure you are properly trained.

WHERE is Morah and Rebbe?! Why are their eyes not on the kids the WHOLE day?! Instead of recess monitors teachers need to WATCH and maybe even play with the kids to avoid this!
